| Returns and exchanges will be accepted with prior authorization for the first 30 days after purchase, with the exception of reproducible books which may not be returned. Before returning items to School Crossing, call 719-593-7119 to receive an authorization number and include this number on the outside of the shipping container. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Exchanges will be honored for defective products for the first 30 days after purchase on a direct exchange basis.
